NAMILIA offers a 14-day return window for all items in original, unworn condition with all tags and security seals intact. Please note that for hygiene reasons, certain items like intimate wear and pierced jewelry are final sale.

Return Process

  Securely pack your items in their original packaging, ensuring all designer tags, labels, and protective bags are included to prevent damage.

  Ship It Back

  Affix the provided return shipping label to your package and drop it off at your nearest authorized carrier location.

  Refund Processing

  Once our quality control team inspects and approves your return, your refund will be issued to the original payment method within 5-10 business days.
